RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Packraft Returns

Upon receiving your CD a-pack-Raft we suggest that you inflate it and inspect the raft and sit in it to test fit and sizing prior to taking it outdoors. You must Contact Us to obtain return authorization approval before any returns. If your packraft purchased at full price* does not meet your expectations and has not been used, we will exchange it, or accept a return as follows:

Return shipping charges are not covered. Boats and other product must be returned clean, dry, undamaged and unused. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the boat or product is dirty (this includes pet hair), or has been damaged or modified in any way. Returns  of any used boats or product are subject to our prior authorization and subject to a restocking fee of not less than 20% and may be increased based on the condition of the boat when it is received.

• Within 30 days of receipt: returns accepted minus a $150 restocking fee (shipping not included in either option). boats are not exchangeable.
• 30+ days: No returns on packrafts.
• Missing or Incorrect Items: You must notify us of any missing or incorrect items in your package within 30 days of receiving your order.

Most of our packrafts are made to order. This allows us to provide a selection of, colors, sizes and build configurations. And, with the additional options available, you can get exactly the boat that you want. However, that means you have to wait and  times can extend several weeks which may not work for your schedule. Some Times we Have Ready to Have a-pack-rafts are like a grab-and-go at a Hardwear or Sporting goods Store. We can show some of our most popular models in our Place. Why wait for a 2-day shipping to the continental US?.

Orders to PO boxes will be shipped either USPS Priority or Express Mail. International orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited (shipping times vary but are usually less than 10 days). If you also order accessories and small parts, we will ship your entire order together or contact you if any small parts are backordered. If you order both a ready to ship and a build to order packraft on the same order, we will ship them separately. Please select "Free" or "Flat Rate" shipping at checkout.

GARANTY AND/OR REPAIR 

An item that has seen abuse, neglect, or use other than its intended purpose may not be covered under our warranty.

Under any circumstance repair is always our preferred course of action. However, if after evaluating your item it is deemed not repairable, we will contact you via email to discuss your options.

All alterations or repairs done by yourself, or a 3rd party will void your warranty.

All repairs are made with the objective of preserving the integrity and rugged durability you’ve come to expect from CD Outdoors LLC. When performing repairs on fabric, we have found that darning and/or adhesives is the strongest method of repair for tears and holes. Repairs are made to preserve the strength and integrity of the product rather than have aesthetic appeal.

A repaired item can never look brand new, as if it just came off the store shelf – rather, the damage and resulting repair shows each item’s unique wear story. Colors and materials may vary depending on the age and use of the item. Please remember that our repairs prioritize function over aesthetics.
